The Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel is located in the North-West of the Capital Wasteland, just North of the Deathclaw Sanctuary. It's also the location of an Unmarked Quest called High Plains Drifter which involves killing a Drifter who's standing on the top level of the church. The Drifter is carrying a unique Sniper Rifle called the Reservist's Rifle, but there's no way for your character to reach the Drifter's position, so when killing the Drifter you must make sure his body or a body part falls down to your level. The best ways to do this are by using a high impact explosive like a Missile Launcher or a Grenade. Having the Bloody Mess perk will also increase your chances of finding a body part.
