Defender Morrill is an Outcast the player encounters on their way to the Outcast's Outpost. He is the person responsible for the Outcast Emergency Broadcast. He will aid the player when fighting the Super Mutants as they head towards the Outpost.

Morrill and the Outcasts accompanying him have a larger amount of health than normal to allow them to survive the Super Mutant onslaught. They also have Miniguns in better than average conditions.

He will tell the player to speak with Protector McGraw when they arrive.
