The Deathclaw Sanctuary is located in the north-west of the Capital Wasteland, just west of the Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel. It's a large cave that is home to several Deathclaws and plenty of human bodies.
You can find the Endurance Bobblehead in the first section of the cave, it's on a pedestal next to a rotting Brahmin corpse. There's a unique Gatling Laser called Vengeance in the far end of the cave next to a pool of blood and some dead bodies. If you enter the cave after The Waters of Life quest you can find a unique Ripper called Jack on the body of an Enclave soldier.
