The Calvert Mansion is a new location added in the fourth DLC pack; Point Lookout. While traveling to Point lookout you'll see smoke coming from the roof of the Mansion, Tobar explains that it's constantly under attack from Tribals who want it burnt to the ground. The mansion is home to one Ghoul named Desmond and his two guard dogs, you'll be required to help Desmond fight off the tribals during the first Point Lookout mission; The Local Flavor.
