Biwwy's Wazer Wifle is an Unmarked Quest in Fallout 3. Speak to Biwwy in Little Lamplight, he tells you that he's been kicked off patrol duty in the caves and no longer needs his weapon. Biwwy has a unique Laser Rifle called the Wazer Wifle, it has a higher damage and a bigger magazine than the standard Laser Rifle. He will sell it to you for 500 Caps, if you have a high Barter skill you can get it for 250 Caps and if you have the Child at Heart perk you can get it for free.
