Ant Nectar is an edible drug in Fallout 3, it can be found on the corpse of Giant Ants. Eating this will increase you Strength by +4, but it will also decrease your Charisma and Intelligence by -2. It's possible to gain an addiction from Ant Nectar, if this happens your Strength will decrease.
