Anna Holt is a scientist working alongside Dr. Madison Li and Dr. Janice Kaplinski on Project Purity. After the Enclave assault the Purifier, she is taken captive and transferred to Raven Rock and is forced to help the Enclave. When the player arrives at Raven Rock they can find Anna in a room where she tells the player that she is helping the Enclave. She seems to prefer helping them due to their advanced technology. She also appears to agree with the Enclave's goals saying that they will "make the world a better place".

If the player kills her they receive negative karma.

It would appear that she dies if the player succeeds in initiating the self-destruct feature of President Eden, causing Raven Rock to explode.
