The Anchorage Cliffs are where you'll start the Anchorage simulation. You're stripped of everything in your inventory and left with just a Silenced 10mm Pistol, a Trench Knife and Winterized Combat Armor. You'll also meet Sergeant Benjamin Montgomery upon the cliffs, talk to him to start The Guns of Anchorage quest.
