The Ammo Press.

The Ammo Press is used to create ammunition. It can be found in The Pitt after completing the Free Labor quest. Either Werhner or Ashur gives access to it.

It is found in the area with The Hole. It is a machine that sits in the corner, near a terminal. When approaching the Ammo Press, you will see a bin, in which you can place Scrap Metal or Ammunition. After this has been completed, use the terminal to select which type of Ammo you wish to convert the contents of the Ammo Press into. The amount of ammunition received is entirely dependant on the quantity place inside the Ammo Press.

After the selection of your ammunition, return to the bin and collect your newly pressed ammo.

Ammo Press Instructions

The Steel Mill's ammo press is key to the military might of The Pitt, as it allows the user to re purpose simple ammunition to more convenient calibers. All soldiers, traders, and raiders in The Pitt are expected to be familiar with its use.

Found in the Steel Mill, the ammo press overlooks the hole. Load unused ammo types and raw material into the Materials Bin, and activate the nearby Ammo Press Terminal. Select the new ammo type, press it, and collect your new ammunition from the Materials Bin.

Available Ammo Types: 5mm 5.56mm 10mm .32 Caliber .308 Caliber .44 Magnum Shotgun Shells

Raw Material Types: Any of the above ammo Scrap Metal
